"I went in to get help with my car key twisting. Couldn't find an employer to help me, went to customer service and the lady rudely snapped at me "what do you want?" I told her I needed help with the key and she rolled her eyes and told me to find someone in hardware. I went to hardware. There was one employee I found and he said he had no idea what to do. This place is a disaster. Won't be back."

"I had a lot of help from all the employees to help me find the things that I need. And one guy that was a customer that came there often show me the best bedroom door lock that was the easiest for me to install myself.. everyone there was very friendly and helpful!"

"Stopped there today and honestly found it hard to get answers to the questions we needed. Then we found Nathan. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and very friendly! "Update: It's been a while since I've been here, and today I was surprised to see an armed security guard, and the checkouts have been replaced by self-checkouts. When we visited on a Monday afternoon, there didn't seem to be employees on the floor like there used to be, and nobody approached us. We found everything all right, though. A couple things were not priced so I looked them up online. Really doesn't seem to be as customer-focused anymore. The plants were all in good shape though. And the store seemed pretty well stocked. Original: It's a typical Home Depot. Went in for Christmas decorations and we weren't disappointed -- lots of trees, lights, yard decorations, and evergreen swags! Always reliable."
