"Order at your own risk, or go elsewhere. I have been trying to order Dec-Tec vinyl deck membrane from Convoy supply. Aug 25th 2020 I called and made an order and talked to Shelly. She said the warehouse nearby has the items in stock and can be brought to Bellingham in a few days. They would email me with an invoice in the next couple days. I didn't hear from them so called a week later. Same story "will call you in a few days". Fast forward a month, many phone calls later with basically identical conversation each time. Yesterday (Sept 25th) one month after my order was placed Shelly again put me off until Monday. I now assume Monday is code for "never". I told her not to bother with the order. I think I made her day she seemed very pleased."
