They closed down early, said "they're just chatting" and wouldn't give me a haircut despite their posted operating hours and still being open for 10 minutes. Last time I'm coming to this location in a time of need, and horrible professionalism."

"The online check-in is simple and convenient, reducing the wait time in the store. Over the past year, I have received good to great hair cuts. However, I have seen a different stylist nearly every time. So, I have not built a relationship with anyone that worked on my hair. As a bit of a disclaimer, I am a guy with a typical hair style. However, this satisfaction does not transfer to my wife. She has a common hair style but has been less than delighted with her styling and the inability to get a relationship with a stylist. She has moved on to another place where she can get a professional relationship and a better styling experience."
