Discount Tire

"Poor customer service. I don't want to buy $4000 of tires and wheels for the restoration of of my truck off of a bad computer monitor. I was told what wheel I wanted and when I asked about what I wanted I was told I could go home and look in line. I did leave but went right to Les Schwab and got amazing customer service and new wheels and tires. I will pay more to be treated like a customer and I don't know if I even paid more because they never gave me a price. I seldom leave bad reviews but I am old I guess and still believe you need to earn business not just expect it."

"I found a bulge on one of my low profile tires yesterday, and ordered a new set immediately, but couldn't have an appointment until Friday. Long story short, I had no place to swap out my spare, so I stopped in to see if they would take care of it for me this morning. The gentleman who helped me had nothing but solutions, upgraded me to something they had in stock and squeezed me in to replace all 4 tires right away. In and out in less than an hour, and not even late to work! I have had some less than ideal experiences with discount tire in the past, but these guys always knock it out of the park by going above and beyond. Every experience I've had with this location has been as good as getting new tires can be, thanks for being awesome!"
