"Amazing fast work! 09 jeep and 05 dodge 3500 had work done here. These guys are very thorough and in my opinion are very honest. Truck had a driveline rebuilt and the jeep had metal cloak parts installed with ball joints. Will go back totally"
"Refused to give me my deposit back even after my insurance approved the estimate and had sent them a payment. Long story short I had to get it towed back home the following Monday after they charged me for bogus towing charges for needing 3-4 guys to move the car around the shop (my car was in a booth that required them to just go straight in???) and 4 hours of work. regardless they left it on the street for the tow guy to come and collect and they had taken my intake manifold off and left it in the engine bay like it was a piece of garbage and had to clean up the oil and coolant everywhere from the hoses they took off. Luckily I found a great honest mechanic who cleaned up their mess and got the job done for me. Steve will give you the ring a round to squeeze you for every penny . Save your time and money and find someone more honest. Never been so frustrated with a shop in my life they have zero customer service zero integrity and honestly the comments he would make about my car never sat right with me. Thankfully I got it all figured out and got my car running again something they couldn’t do at this shop. according to his receipt I was fired as a customer.. they saved me the headache I wouldn’t go back"
"I took my car in for what seemed to be a transmission issue on my 2016 Ford Focus. They convinced me it was a fuel injection/induction problem. My car ran fine for about a day. Cost me $1,800. My car is doing all the same things it was. Very disappointed. I’m going to call tomorrow to see what they say. Right now as far as I’m concerned I paid nearly 2K to have the same problem. Will update, if it does turn out to be what I thought it was makes me question if they did anything at all."
"Bud's takes the time to explain your vehicle issues to you thoroughly. They also help you prioritize what needs to be repaired immediately, soon, and what can wait - because they understand that auto repairs aren't cheap and we can't always afford to fix everything right now. I've taken my truck to other diesel shops who left me feeling like I was an imposition to them. I never got that feeling at Bud's. I felt like they appreciated my business and genuinely did their best to help me. I have already referred others to them and will go to them with my auto repair needs in the future."
"They fleeced me for over $800 to replace a thermostat. Typically, it should run about $300 Most of the exorbitant price was for unnecessary testing. Which I did not request or approve of prior. As soon as I got my truck back, I immediately saw the radiator was leaking. It was definitely not leaking when I took it there. I think it was likely damaged during testing by over pressurizing the cooling system. Steve did not accept any responsibility, claiming it was just a coincidence with bad timing. He tried to tell me the radiator was just too old, but it had been fairly recently replaced during some crash work. He then said it was because the radiator hoses had been replaced recently. He said he'd never recommended new hoses on an old radiator. Ironically, that's exactly what he recommended 2 wks prior for my 20 year old Corolla radiator. I don't trust them and will not bring my business back again."
