"Came in here with a flat needing fixing. Fortunately these guys saved me from doing a cheap fix that could have cost me dearly due to my car being all wheel drive. Rachel's along with the other mech's knowledge made it easy for me to put out a bunch for all new tires saving from much more down the road if u had gone cheap. Rachel's help got me through the whole "90 days same As cash" in a breeze. Very satisfied ."

"I came by here because my tire had a big piece of glass. The guys took off my tire. Removed the huge piece if glass and plugged the hole in the tire. The bigger gentleman that is usually there, waved me off. I gave the attendant $20 just for his quick and swift response. I think he was surprised that I gave him $20. It had now been 2 weeks. Very thankful and pleased the tire is functioning. Hands down, this place was able and willing to do something, Unlike Midas of Renton, WA. (I do not like throwing shade/negativity, but being honest as is all my reviews:) In closing, you can go to people or tire shop places and then theirs this place. I understand why this business has been a staple along Pacific Highway. Accept no substitutions from other shops. Because, they are not this shop. This shop is 1 of a kind. Have lived in Federal Way over +25 years. I understand fully, why locals and people within proximity visit this business. I prefer this blue and green building business over, the neighboring red empire competitor. Did I mention the good customer service and communication at this business?"

"Got a flat on my cart while walking home, they were able to Jack it up, put a new tire and get me back on my walk in less than 10 minutes. Best service, best quality, best prices, but overall amazing people. Recommend 10/10"

"Got all brand new tires put on my Volvo in less than 35 minutes. Prices may be higher than comps in the area but so is quality of tire. Similarly, think of Walmart selling “Levi jeans”, they are able to use the brand name, however the quality is not as good as actual Levi jeans because they are made by Walmart. Tire companies pull the same jig, don’t be fooled by low tire prices elsewhere, you get what you pay for. If you want a high quality tire that you know is from the manufacturer and going to last the mile, go here!! The mechanics were all very nice and knowledgeable. I was in and out, only left my car once to make payment!"
