"I got a pedicure here this afternoon. The lady painting my nails didn't wait between layers. As a result it's been 4 hours and my toenails still aren't dry. The top layer is dry but if I push on it wet polish comes out the sides from the layers below that never got to dry properly. It's the worst pedicure I've ever had."
