"I took my thorogood boots in to be resoled. I have foot problems and a size 15 extra extra wide. Which makes it hard to work on my boots and even find boots that are comfortable . I go through boots faster than most people as I'm a large man and I was in a lot of pain from the worn out soles . Megan took care of my boots and made them right. She even repainted them and polished them. They were better than brand new when I got them back and I was no longer in pain. She's the best and worth every penny. She said she would text or call when they were done as she doesn't have a time frame on turn around , it's just her doing everything . She called me and told me they were done and I picked them up , They don't make people like her anymore. Telling my friends . Thank you Megan !! You're awesome !!"

"Actually it would be negative 1 star. Dropped off my boots in May. Was told "2 weeks" for completion. Went back in 3 weeks, not ready. Went back 2 more times after that, still not ready. Picked up my unfinished boots in October after telling her that I was gone for 2.5 weeks, and needed them finished by then. Had she stated initially that it would take longer to get the product to finish them, and then reached out to say why it was taking so long, I would have been more understanding. I have a small business as well, and I shudder to think of treating my own customers this way. STILL looking for a place to get my boots repaired."

"I just picked up my boots from Megan… They look better then when I first bought them! She got the work done in a timely matter like she said in resoling my boots. And even restitch a seem she noticed needed done without charging me extra. A hard worker, charges a fair price, and does an Awesome job! Thank you Megan."

"I didn’t know where to take my rare 09 Jordan 11’s. The bottom soles came off of one shoe during a hot summer day & I didn’t want to take it to just anybody who fixes Jordan’s as a hobby. I decided to take the shoes to Gresham Shoe Repair & they did an amazing job!! So happy with the results & can’t wait to wear them again :)"
