"I understand after the holidays, but this place is a mess, and it's almost March. The manager or supervisor stepped away from a register when there where 2 carts, and they were closing, and about 4 other people. Stepping in line continued to look at go backs and calling up multiple employees. where he could have delwgated while ringing down the line. My past life is 32 years in retail management part of it is managing tasks but how about driving sales too with basic customer focus. I felt bad for the one nice young cashier, handling a whole lane of people frustrated why they watched 6 employees go back-and-forth and gather go backs probably just throwing them in the area. Every employee dressed sloppy with a phone in their pocket except that young new cashier. Sad, I love TJ Maxx and Marshall's about this one has gone downhill."

"Would be nice if they had changing tables in either restroom or the fitting room to accommodate people with little ones who need diaper changes. I’m only giving this a two star because I shop here sometimes."

"Workers profile people very obviously, and inaccurately. I do not feel safe going in here unless I'm dressed a certain way and I don't have a single zit on my face, because they treat me like a tweaker off the street. I've tested it multiple times just to be sure. They'll follow me around and repeatedly get super unnecessarily close to me. Even touching and brushing against me multiple times in the all of 10 minutes I was in there on my last visit (i also had no purse and very tiny pockets on this visit, so apparently they expected me to keister a pair of boots). I go here a couple times a month sometimes, but im wanting to go less and less now just because I don't like being stalked and touched by strangers just for shopping somewhere."

"There are some good deals here. It's a big store and you have a lot of choices here. They have clothing, costumes for Halloween, dog toys & accessories, children's toys, kitchen stuff and a lot more. The staff is kind. They are service dog friendly."
