"It's Ross, what can I say. It's very clean though. I must say that I really dislike the whole "wait at the entrance" for like, 10 seconds, before they let you enter. It only annoys me because the first time I experienced it, the person there gave me some lame explanation as to why they do it. I felt like they were blantantly lying to me, which creates a level of distrust. So now whenever I go it, I feel the same way. But the great prices make me forget it as soon as they allow me in. lol."

"Fantastic selection and prices, but I found the aisles sometimes difficult to move through with a regular-sized cart. I finally brought my wife, and a security guard just barreled through both our carts on her way to the break room. As she passed my wife, I saw her shake her head like we somehow we annoyed her. I tried to complain to management about the experience, and the same security guard was quick to walk up and listen in like she was gonna do damage control the moment we left. Management said they'd handle it, and I hope they do because I seriously doubt this was the first time this has happened."

"Upon entering you are required by security to 'just stand there' for a short period of time. I had no idea what this was about, and it had nothing to do with overcrowding in the store. It made me feel a little uncomfortable and irritated. Even though I enjoyed browsing the store, I will probably choose another one next time. I don't want to be treated like a thief when I'm honest. How about we all, as humans, treat each other kindly and act with integrity. The world will be a better place if we do this."
