"Traveled to their Gresham business location to try on golf shoes for fit and purchase. Arrived at 1:10 pm and proprietor gone for weekend. Took a chance on an Oregon product and made online purchase. Delivery was prompt but the left shoe slipped on my heal and pulled socks into the shoe. Also, the tongues were uncomfortably short. Called for return authorization. Got voice message so left message regarding reason for call and left return information. Next day called mid day, no one there. Have been calling every day since, no one there and now their mailbox is full. Will update this post if and when situation resolved."
