"Super delicious! It's and order at the counter spot, with only outdoor seating, but walled in and plenty of heaters to keep warm on the chilly days. Restrooms are available, as well. I had the chilaquiles and it did not disappoint. The salsa that came with the chips and salsa was also bomb. This will definitely be a place on my normal rotation from now on."

"Tamale Boy has been a place I've been eyeing for years now but just haven't gotten the chance to trying out yet and I am happy (or sad?) to report that I have been missing out and I regret not going here earlier! I ordered a pickup order through their website which worked well, with my only feedback being that they should add descriptions of each item within Clover as I had to go back and fourth between the menu and the online ordering interface. I got two tamales and both of them were absolutely amazing. I haven't had tamales this good in my life and I'm so happy I found another amazing restaurant I will be coming back to. I highly recommend Tamale Boy, 10/10!"

"Really amazing tamales that are huge and super cheap. A burrito sized tamale is about $5-6/each. There is only outdoor seating. But the area is large and half of it is covered from rain. The outdoor seating is great for couples or large groups. You can order drinks at tamale boy. Or you can get drinks from the bottle shop in the same complex. Very cool atmosphere. I recommend coming here for a weekend lunch or a after work dinner."

"I live 5 houses from here so I've tried a LOT of things and loved everything. But one thing I really wanted to give a special shout out for was brunch! Great covered and open outdoor seating and the brunch menu is insanely good. They brought back brunch after 3 years of not having it and it is amazing. The picture below was literally $10 for a hefty 3 egg meal that was probably one of the best meals I've had in Portland so far. Don't sleep on brunch here!!!!"

"Veg. Food Review: Bland Food. That’s pretty much how I sum it up. When I say bland I don’t mean hot. I mean flavors. There was hardly any flavor in the burrito bowl. Not was the salsa and chips any good. So popular but definitely different than what I ate long time ago. Alas. It looked good for sure. Service was lovely."
