I literally had a just a question if they carried a type of hat I would had paid whatever amount for. Worst service I have experienced in many many years. Will never shop there’s"

"Amazing experience! I purchased a coat from this outlet and was assisted by a lovely salesperson who helped me try on different sizes and styles. I ended up purchasing a coat, but after a day or two, realized it wasn’t going to work for me. I had been wanting a Burberry coat for over a decade and wanted to make sure it was perfect! I went back to the outlet and worked with a different salesperson who was also incredible. She helped me exchange my purchase for a different product and I couldn’t be happier. The manager assisted with this transaction as well and was also a pleasure. I would definitely recommend this outlet to anyone in search of a Burberry product!"
