"I absolutely love Lash n Brow. I’ve been going for several years. I am in there several times a month between lashes and getting my nails done. The environment is clean. The girls are throughly with every customer. Asking questions and accommodating. I have never been rushed by any of the girls and I have been seen by all of them. I will not go to any other place. I love the fact that I am able to take my kids and the girls welcome it (I guess my kids were the “screaming” kids on the other post). Mind you my kids were playing with another kid in the corner, not screaming or running around. If they were I would have stopped them right away. I have taught them to be respectful and that moms come here to relax."

"Took my Girlfriend in to get her lashes done for an event we were going to. Overall the service was okay at best. Yes the lashes were done but they definitely weren’t up to the standards of our normal spot. The problem I have is the environment. Eyeballs are fickle things and I don’t feel comfortable having a dog in the room while the lady is touching my girls eyeballs, all it takes is one bit of bacteria from the dog and now we have an infection. That on top of the screaming children left much to be desired."

The Atmosphere is always professional and the ladies make you feel right at home! If you want to build your self confidence and feel even more beautiful when you look in the mirror. The ladies at Lash&Brow are phenomenal at helping you achieve that."

"Arrived to my appointment on time and didn't get seated till 25 minutes after. Not a big deal. However since the establishment closes at 5PM and the scheduled appointment was at 4PM I could feel her rushing. Everywhere I have gone a lash lift and tint takes 1 hour to ensure quality. So she "finished up" at 5:05PM I knew it wasnt going to last and also look bad. So let's get down to the nitty gritty, the tape used made my eyes burn. Not sure if there was a particular solvent used or not but it was painful. I made sure in my online booking and when coming in to let the esthetician know that I have incredibly sensitive eyes. Almost nothing was done to help with that. Didn't turn down the lights or anything to help. Then my lashes were struggling to stay on the rod and she made sure I knew about it by complaining about it. There were screaming kids. Which isn't too a big deal. There was also a dog. Also not a big deal but I wasn't happy about having the esthetician touching my eyes with a dog being right next to me. Definitely not clean. Like I previously stated not a big deal but all together this is too much too handle and overall NOT a good company. Not only that, I could only book for a top and bottom lash lift and tint and I didn't want to have my bottom lashes lifted or tinted and it was still charged. I recently moved to Centralia and wanted to find a new lash girl. DO NOT use this establishment. I would rather do the 1.5 hour drive to go to my prior esthetician."
