"This is the gem of a place where I get lost after getting a haircut from 302. It is a decent sized store with big offerings! So happy with the staff and the buyer! Whoever the buyer is, you know how to choose the cutest things!"
"The best pharmacy experience you will ever have. Is at the Purdy Costless pharmacy. I've used Walgreens in the past, Rite Aid, and target, just to name a few, and this is a completely different experience with an all friendly and helpful staff. One of the many perks is a very minimal wating time. The waiting time is about as long as it takes you to enjoy treats they often have out that are freshly made in store. Also for those who have back, knee, hip or arthritis pain they have comfortable chairs to sit in as you wait to help take further stress off your body. It's family owned, and the integrity ant the compassion of the people there absolutely reflects that in way they interact with their customers.Unlike other pharmacies, they won't tell you, that you need to contact your doctor to do this or to get a refill or renew a prescription, they will kindly let you know that they will be reaching out to your doctor on your behalf which takes the stres of yourself If you are transferring pharmacies to Costless Pharmacy in Purdy which I strongly suggest, the Pharmacist on duty will be more than happy to assist you with any questions or concerns."
"We used this pharmacy for 17 years and have had many horrible and questionable experiences. My mother-in-law lived with us for about 5 years because she needed care. I handled everything for her. In that 5 years I was randomly hassled about her not being with me to pick up her prescriptions. I never took her with me because she had oxygen to lug around and didn't walk very well. Most of the time it wasn't an issue for me to pick up her medications but there were a few times I had to drive all the way back home, spend 30 minutes getting her ready, and go back and forth again. There was absolutely no reason for this. If they had some type of policy in place they never explained it to us and the apparently only enforced once every few months or so. Other times they would want paperwork filled out and told me it was a new requirement by the state. It didn't make sense so when calling other pharmacies I learned they were strait out lying. The next issue we've delt with was they way they charged for my prescriptions. I was on state insurance at the time so there was absolutely no reason I should have had to pay anything for them. Some months there would be no charge and other months there would be. When trying to find out why I was talked to in a very condescending way. The woman was extremely irritated with me for even asking. She told me they had the best in the business working there which obviously they didn't. I called the insurance and they thought it was strange so they tried calling the pharmacy to find out what was going on. The pharmacy wouldn't even talk to them. Instead of calling Amerigroup I should have actually made a complaint to the state. I found it very odd and maybe a bit suspicious that they would not give me an explanation. Since they went to a computerized system a while back everything has actually been great. No random charges at all! The people working there now are a lot more friendly than some in the past. They are no longer the only pharmacy on the peninsula so I no longer have prescriptions filled there. Now that I don't have to use them I feel comfortable leaving a review."
"I just price-checked my medication at other pharmacies. All were $200. At Costless I pay $35. And I've never waited more than 7 minutes...EVER! The danger is that I could easily spend the difference on the fun, unique things they have in the store. Literally something for everyone."
