"I scheduled a gel manicure appointment for 4pm and arrived at the salon at 3:55. The nail tech, I’m assuming was Kami, didn’t seem to be pleased I was early as she had a client in the chair. I sat on their couch and was patiently waiting for my appointment. Around 4:05 she handed me the swatches but didn’t mention she was running behind schedule. I got up and left at 4:25 and all Kami said was “ok”. No apology for taking up an excessive amount of my 50 minute appointment or wasting my time. I understand that I made the appointment the day before but she could have told me that there was a conflict and not accepted the appointment. I used to go get my nails done here frequently when Alicia was there and have never been treated so poorly."

"Look and listen. I’ve spent a lot of time bouncing from salon to salon, never really finding the right place for me. I was never really connected with my stylists or the location. Until I came to Klover and met Alicia. Instantly, I knew what the people in movies and tv shows felt when they’d go to their regular salons and talked all day long like they were best friends, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to communicate so easily my wants and needs in my appointment. AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT, this girl literally dealt with me all day one time because I was getting a lash extension, my nails done, AND my hair colored and cut?? Incredible. Her nail art is beautiful, her steady hand lulls you to sleep during a lash appointment, and her hair coloring and cutting techniques are immaculate. I’ll never go anywhere else!"

"I’ve been here twice now. LJ did a great job with taming my wild brows! Marcela gave me an amazing haircut this morning and I’m in love with my new highlights. All the ladies were lovely and the salon was very clean, comfortable, and cute. Definitely will be back."
