"Absolutely amazing customer service! I will only visit this T-mobile store for help from now on. After almost two months of being bounced around on the phone and an authorized retailer location, I came in to this corporate location and immediately got help from the kind and knowledgeable staff. They listened to my frustrations and they went above and beyond to fix my phone troubles. I have never had such a positive experience from a cellular provider retail location. Every person in the store actually cared what I had to say. Cannot recommend this store enough! Shoutout to Andrea for thinking outside the box!!"

"I had an excellent experience with Chuck at The Trails T-Mobile store on 12/29/23. I came in with a lot of questions about switching carriers and Chuck spent about 2 hours with me answering all my questions (I had been with my last carrier for 14 years, so I had a lot of questions), getting me switched over and loaded up with a new phone, tablet, watch, and AirPods.
