"I came to this store after Kole moved into a new position at Silverdale, from Tacoma. My bike fitter (recommended by Trek staff) is a mile from the store, so I had to stop by and check it out. Friday was my first time at the Silverdale location and it didn't disappoint. I had the pleasure of reconnecting with Kole and meeting Adrian. Both exemplify customer care, genuine connections, and passion for biking. The store was spotless and very well organized! I recently purchased a new Checkpoint, and wanted to get some accessories for it. I grabbed some items then Kole introduced me to the clothing products and I purchased new gloves, a jacket, and jersey. I've washed them after every ride and have worn them 3 days in a row. I am in love with the fit, quality, and how well they wash. I also love the bright spring colors! Kole and Adrian even researched power meters for me and compared prices, quality, and set up for each design, and sent me the purchasing link with the best option based on my expressed needs. They also told me about the heart monitor that pairs well with my setup. I have ordered that and am waiting to pick it up from another Trek shop that's closer to my home. I have been back in Washington for nine months and have found such a beautiful community at Trek. So grateful for the amazing service, care, and friendships I've found at Trek and with other "Trekie" customers. I'm excited to visit Kole more in the future and get to know the other staff there. I am so grateful for these humans, their kind hearts, and ability to inspire me to dream bigger than I've ever imagined when it comes to my biking dreams."

"I ride steel bicycles from the 1980s, and not all of them are Treks. The service done on them here is above reproach, and the cost is extremely reasonable. Adrian, who I believe is the service manager, did some adjustments right in front of me, and showed me a few things, and got the bikes back the same day, riding perfectly. I believe it is the best option for service in Kitsap County and the modern bicycles they had for sale were stunning. I think most modern bicycles are ugly, especially those Canyons. But the carbon fiber and aluminum framed bicycles made today by Trek are great looking. They are also well-stocked with everything you need to maintain and accessorize your rides."
