"I have to admit I was very disappointed. I have been ill for a couple years, and after recovering, I was very excited to go there. But when I got in there to refill all of my favorites, none of them were available anymore. 3 fragrances that they have had for several years were gone. Everything seem to smell like the next one. I'm so sad. HOWEVER their customer service was top-notch. They're always so pleasant and helpful. Now I have to find new fragrances, or go back to Old expensive department store products."

"Workers are great, but the SAS sucks this year. Just one little table of 75% off. In past years they had loads and loads of stuff on sale. It's a bummer I drove a round trip of 3 hours , and was looking forward to shopping the sale."
