"Hi, we ordered a district’s sweatshirt over a month ago, I have tried to call and email with no luck, I was told I would receive my order within 2-3 weeks and still, I have gotten no information. Plus one sweatshirt just with a name on the back cost me $120!!! And they charged me extra because they had to ship it. I didn’t even want to have it shipped to me but they “didn’t bring very many large sweatshirts” so the only way to get it was by shipping. Let me ad that I was at the district swim meet, there isn’t a guy that is under 6’3 and there is no way anything smaller then a large would fit these guys, so how on earth do you only bring a couple large sweatshirts. Anyways 5 weeks with no info is ridiculous, this is a poorly run company and it sucks that they are at events and you’re forced to deal with them."
"I've been with Rush Team Apparel for over 16 years…Since I was a teenager there is definitely many reasons I’ve stayed committed.. "So for the 2024 Washington State Championship at the Tacoma Dome, I ordered 2 sweaters for me and my girlfriend to support my little brother. Now I placed my order at 10:54a. Something happened with the order placed at that time. I get it technology is a pain sometimes and I can totally understand those issues. However I was told pick up time was 3:50p. My mother and father had ordered theirs and got them before even though they ordered after us. I had tried to bring something up only to be pushed away 3 times before finally it’s 5pm and it is now past when it said they would be done and we are ready to leave the event. To which they respond it still isn’t ready. That is a problem because we are not driving, we have a ride back to Oregon city. Again I wait to get no updates or anything about what is going on. So we wait another HOUR after told it wasn’t ready. They finally made our sweatshirts, rushed and not very well done. They made no attempt to offer anything for our wait or give any actual updates. Not to mention this is $180 for TWO sweatshirts. Overall very disappointed in my experience. Not that something went wrong more so in the customer service. Either find better people to work these events or get a new company to do them. Very underwhelming. If I could give 0 stars I would. I hope that another company gets the contract to do the state events. Very very disappointing."
"***In Response: I had to call several times to finally get ahold of someone, and she told me she would get “right back” to me since her system was down. I then had to call back 3 hours later. As far as deleting my IG comment, how did you know I had spoken to someone? It was deleted before I had called back and spoken to her after system was back up. I’m not really sure what’s so confusing? I tried several avenues to get ahold of someone during your business hours, I left a message early in the day and didn’t finally hear any info until approx 4:00 pm, and I had to call back to get that info. A couple of years ago I had the same exact issue and it took over a month to get our sweatshirt then. So I was quite concerned that we would have another issue again this time. It seemed to start off the same way, with no answer and no promises followup. It seems a common complaint in all the reviews I’ve read.*** We’ve now had to deal with this company twice, because unfortunately they seem to have the monopoly at all WA and Oregon events. The first time was two years ago. We ordered a sweatshirt at the OSAA XC State meet. They said they would ship my order and it took over a month to finally receive it after several unanswered calls and emails. This time my son ordered online. I can understand the processing time. My biggest issue is the awful customer service and response time. I called this week to check on our order from 3 weeks ago. I tried several avenues to contact them because I had so much trouble last time. Phone: The phone rings about 10 to 15 times until a voicemail finally comes on. I left a voicemail on my first call. And then called 4-5 more times throughout the day. The voicemail at this time is outdated with their summer hours and it is now November. When someone answered the phone finally, she told me her system was down and she would get back to me with an update. Three hours later I had heard nothing back so I called again. She did answer and told me she was “just about to get back to me” (ya right) and that the sweatshirt was not ready, and that they take 14 days to process. She also told me she would go down and ask them to push the order. (Also doubtful) Email-They quote that you will hear back within 24 hours, but filled out the online form and haven’t heard anything since the email I sent Thursday. Spam folder was checked. Instagram-I sent a message and commented on a reel stating I was trying to get ahold of someone. They didn’t respond to the message, and they deleted my comment. This seems very shady to me and upon looking at their page, there are shockingly few to no comments on any of their posts unless it’s in support. If you look at reviews it’s all the same complaint, so I find it highly unlikely that no one comments on their posts. All we wanted to do was check the status because it had been so long and after last time’s experience I was worried. It shouldn’t be that difficult to get the answer to that question. Products are fine I just can’t understand the lack of response, and I don’t understand why these venues keep using them."
""Pre-ordered" a sweatshirt, patch, and sticker for the 2023 WIAA State XC Championship. Ordered it, got a 3:00pm pickup time. The problem is the line was so long, it took two hours to get through! I can't fathom why it takes so long to hand out sweatshirts that were paid for in advance! I will be writing to WIAA to suggest they use another ve dor or I'll make my own on my wifes Cricut!"
