They are always extremely caring and do everything possible to make my experience comfortable. I appreciate their outreach to remind me of appointments, and all the extra work their front office staff do to help me maximize my dental insurance benefits and keep me informed of procedure costs and options available. The hygienists are great at getting my teeth perfectly clean, and explaining any issues they see and the best methods to address them. Dr. Greenhalgh also takes the time to make sure I understand any fillings or other work needed, and responds immediately to any signals of discomfort so I always feel safe and comfortable. Plus, they have an office ambassador "Tiny", who is happy to give you a supportive cuddle if you like dogs."
