"Dr. Woo was not friendly, did not address my concerns. The tech was being extra rough with my mouth, I grabbed her hand and she told me to be patient with her. I said you’re hurting me. My crown popped off of my tooth, I had all sorts of charges assessed, just for him to put some cement on my tooth and fit it back on. When I questioned the front desk, she said oh that was something on there from another visit, you can ignore that. I said, no you need to take that off and not bill my insurance. Never again will I visit this place."

"I would first like to say, I have a huge phobia of dentists. I was a new patient and the dental assistant, whose name I never got, didn't ask how I was, introduced herself, just told me to sit in the chair. After my X-rays were done, Dr Hu came in. He was so nice and explained everything in terms I could understand and explained to me what the plan was. Thank you Dr Hu for making me feel comfortable. I would have given 5 stars, but I was not 100% loving the assistant."

"Worst experience. I had an appointment for which I never received any notification ( appointment confirmation or cancellation) and I called and confirmed a day prior and I was told it’s still ON. I cleared my entire afternoon to be there and the door was locked. I called the Mill creek office (they had booked the appointment) and they casually said that the doctor isn’t available. All appointments were cancelled for today! I received absolutely no communication on this and they just said sorry for the glitch! REALLY. If I would have not shown up, the same practice would not hesitate to charge me for no show fee"

"I’ll say that I didn’t have a terrible experience, however it wasn’t the best either. Let me start off by saying that I can say that the work that I got done so far seems to have been adequate. I went in after not having insurance for several years and needed a routine cleaning and three fillings. The initial appointment felt very rushed, this was where I started to feel iffy. It was very busy and I can understand that they were trying to get people in and out. That being said, I didn’t feel like myself as a patient was cared about specifically. Now I don’t expect them to treat me like a celebrity or anything but I also feel like with this kind of work there has to be some level of comfort or personable customer service. I just didn’t feel that they really cared too much about me or my care. Don’t mistake these comments as saying that this place is terrible, like I said the work I got as far as I can tell right now is good. I would have felt more comfortable with a doctor that was more personable and kind. There wasn’t too much explaining of why I needed the fillings or showing me what it looks like on my X-rays. And at the end he left me at the counter and there was no aftercare or information on what I should do to make sure I heal properly. No have a nice day even after I thanked him and said such. Again this wasn’t a major thing, I know that. Reception was less than adequate as well. Just constructive criticism that hopefully helps them to understand that you need a better connection with your patients. It makes all the difference."

"Best wrap around dental care I’ve ever received. They have specialists to who are knowledgeable and caring. Dr Kellogg is a superb dentist who listens to patients and eases anxiety with her calm demeanor. So glad i connected to this amazing team."
