"I've dealt with allstate for a while I used to pay the home owners insurance for my mom's house but the house has been sold and with out a warning I have a bill sent to a bill collector that I didn't even no I owed and this collection agency that I talked to says they don't deal with allstate but they keep calling me to collect money."
"Can never get anyone on the phone, and I just have a few questions about my policy. What happens when I actually really need to talk to them regarding a claim and can not get anyone to answer? We are seriously considering insurance elsewhere, we left a company prior to All-State due to poor communication and never answering AFTER an accident. Definitely do NOT want to go through that again. Also, it's not just one call, it's been weeks of no answering..during business hours. My bill went up without notification and no explanation. Not pleased at all."
"Nobody can seem to get back to me or answer the phones, the one time the phone was answered, I was interrupting an agent who was "late" to her holiday party and had no time to help. Very unprofessional. Edited to add: I called regarding a policy change, and questions about a claim. This branch called me back stating "we do not want ANY relationship with you at this point. You are not even a member of our branch." According to Allstate, they are my agency. For them to call me back not to help, but to essentially harass me while I can hear party music going on in the background, is unacceptable."
