"The shorter gentleman working sat nights needs to consider his tone. I came to look at cat supplies and a cat I noticed in the cage. When he asked if I needed anything I said I came in to look at the cat and in a rather rude tone said it wasn't for sale. I wasn't trying to buy it, I'm a cat person I like to just look. But I was also there to look at cat supplies and that put me off to that. If you're going to keep your kitten in the adoption cages he could have in a more polite tone tried something like "oh thats my kitten, not for sale but you can look". Instead I walked out of there with no desire to come back."
