"My family and I loved this practice for 10+ years when it was Paynter Family Dentistry, but it has definitely taken a turn for the worse. Messed up and had to re-do one of my daughter's crowns (after multiple visits), and basically ignored me when I had a dental emergency on a Friday, when they're normally closed. TONS of much better options in the Gresham area, and definitely regret not moving my family elsewhere sooner."

"Gresham Dental is Amazing! My mom, who has had memory & other health issues in recent years, had a bridge replaced here. One of the teeth securing the bridge had cracked and become infected. Gresham Dental got my mom in quickly to assess the situation. We set up dates but unfortunately, they were pretty far out and she was experiencing quite a bit of pain without anything in there. Dalila went above and beyond working with us and trying to re-schedule other patients so that she could get in sooner to get that infected tooth pulled. She's communicative, helpful, reliable and kind. Dr Ty was absolutely amazing at sharing information and explaining the process. He was engaging and kind to my mom and called me personally to go over her plan when we were concerned about an infection spreading internally. He was knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient and had the perfect combination of being a skilled practitioner but also a great communicator. The tooth was extracted and she was given antibiotics & was feeling much better right away. Within a week, molds were done for the permanent bridge, and the temporary one was placed. The molds were challenging and took several tries, but Summer and Dr. Ty were so patient. They just kept working through it. There were other assistants and staff too that were great. I just can't remember all of their names. I definitely recommend this practice. With all the uncertainty & worry of having aging parents & the scheduling and taking care, it was so comforting to know that she was in such good hands. Thank you."
