"Just a heads up about GEICO - it's not about a particular agent but the company itself. They kind of led me on about how quick it would be to get my insurance started. Don't get fooled by the date picker on their site for when your insurance kicks in. That's just the date you get your first mail from them, and then you've gotta send more stuff and wait another 30 days. I even called their main line, and the agent was like, 'Maybe try a different company.' Seriously, GEICO? That's not cool. They're gonna lose customers if they keep this up."

"Promises and lies is all I got to say. Within a year my moths payment jumped over $45 a month after repeatedly being told it would not do that. Within the first six months of jump $15 I was told because there was a homeowners policy that was never completed. I was told it would never increase more than $5 to $10 from here on out. Just got my one-year renewal and it’s jumping another $35. I know they can’t predict the future but that’s just bad business all the way around. Had I not called and checked they would’ve completely screwed up my banking accounts because I was on auto pay and they do not tell you that the price is going up. Walk away they’re not for government employees."

"I had full coverage. At the time of the accident my car was running great. After the accident it was not functioning. They refused to cover the cost of repairs. Don't trust this company. They said that the damages weren't from the accident that I had full coverage for. Take your money to a company that will uphold their business obligations."
