"Very disappointed. Bought stuff I thought I needed, I didn’t. The manager didn’t give me the receipt. After 40 minutes of doing nothing they told me I had to get a gift card. I hope someone wants it. I will not shop with them again. Poor customer service. Actually, scratch that. They didn’t do anything at all. You guys really need to work on training employees as to your company practices cause I just wasted 45 minutes of my life for nothing to still be out money for something I don’t need."

"Cece is amazing!!! I recently was given a used car and the horn was not working. I know nothing about cars but went into this store hopeful someone could help me, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Cece went out to my car, looked for what could be the problem and quickly found it. She was great at explaining to me what the problem was and teaching me some things along the way which was very helpful. Then she found the exact part I needed online and ordered it. It came the next day and she promptly called me. After I arrived she installed it in my car and made sure that it worked before I left. My horn works great now and I’m so thankful I found such a great person to help me. An amazing employee—so helpful, considerate, and kind!!! Give her a raise!"
