"Terrible customer service. I've been a customer with them for at least 15 years. I don't know if someone new purchased the company but the last five or so years, I've been extremely dissatisfied. The employees seem nice over the phone, but they seem to care very little about their customers. Every single time I have ever called them for something, they have never once called me back. I don't even require their assistance very often, but I'm extremely disappointed that when I do, they can't be bothered to call me back. EVER. It has become extremely maddening to the point that I am going to cancel with them and give my money to someone else who actually cares about their customers and calls me back when they say they're going to. I do not recommend going through them for your insurance. Not unless you're ready to physically drive to their office every single time just to get help with something that would take 2 minutes over the phone."

She is extremely helpful, with her in-depth knowledge, I can rest assured that any questions or concerns I have on my insurance will be resolved.
