"Stopped by Corina for coffee after a watching a movie at The Grand. It turned out that they were in the process of closing up for the day (it was shortly after 4 pm) but they went ahead and took my order. I was also graciously welcomed to take my time and enjoy the coffee al fresco on their outdoor seating area."

"My daughter has food allergies so we needed an eggless cake and cupcakes for her birthday. The ordering process was easy, customer service was awesome, and the cake looked unreal. Everything went above and beyond my expectations! To the person that decorated this cake, WOW. It was so much more beautiful than I expected. Thank you so much!"

"Corina Bakery made the most beautiful and delicious cakes for our wedding! They were so kind and so easy to work with as we changed our minds about things a few times. Highly recommend the German chocolate cake with milk chocolate frosting and salty peanut butter filling. (We felt it a chocolate cake might be unorthodox for a wedding so we also got vanilla w/ berry compote. They were both good, but the chocolate one was hands down the favorite cake!) Corina delivered them promptly and they decorated the cakes gorgeously. I wish we lived in Tacoma so we could frequent Corina all the time! Corina responds promptly to email and phone calls. Another thing I felt was a plus is that we wanted to taste test the berry compote (for our August wedding) in the winter and they said they couldn't do it in at that time because berries are not in season in December. A mark of a pro bakery, in our opinion! We also had a vegan version of the vanilla cake, which was great for our vegan guests! And I had honey lavender cupcakes made (some vegan, except for the honey, and some regular) for my bachelorette party and they were divine."

"Grabbed a breakfast here on our way to the airport. They have a great selection of baked goods plus burritos & breakfast sandwiches. Baked goods are savory & sweet. Coffee was top notch! Staff were friendly & fast. Definitely coming back!"
