"Tiny place, excellent food, limited menu (hence "bistro"), authentic. Check the menu before you go to make sure this place is for you. Where I live, this is the type of place you wouldn't see many non-Chinese customers. Or, not so long ago dishes like many here wouldn't be on the English menu. Glad that's changed! I'll be back, for sure. I need to add the black tea I had here is next level! Details like that matter, and shows their dedication to excellence."

"Taiwanese food will always have a special place in my heart, and good Taiwanese food is so hard to find. Which is why Taiwan Bistro is such a gem. Once you step inside, you kinda forget you're in a random strip mall in Beaverton. The decor, the music, the food -- you might as well be in a lil hole in the wall in Taipei where you are enjoying delicious stewed pork over rice or garlic noodles with cold beer or iced fruity drinks. I'll be back for a fix sooner rather than later!"

"Went during their slow time, pork over rice was delicious and so as the pork bun. Clean and nice dine in environment. However the owner had an alright customer service, hopefully that will improve. If you just go for the food, this is definitely your choice:)"
