"Dental care is this location is pretty good. They get you in very fast for your first visit. Then the cleaning schedule is abysmal. As of now it is February and they are booking out till May which is impossible depending on your job. If you do not work and somehow know your schedule 4+ months away, then consider this dental office."

"I had a great experience. I especially appreciated the dentist taking time to provide a thorough explanation of a procedure and what to expect. The hour-long surgery went very smoothly and I felt very comfortable- minimal pain and confident that everyone involved was taking good care of me."

"They still don’t have a hygienist on staff at this Lynnwood dental office for how long now! They’ve been relying on a 3rd party or hygienists from their other locations. Yesterday I received a confirmation thank you text for my appt today. Later in the afternoon they sent me a text that my appt was cancelled due to no hygienist. Why not a courtesy call to let me know it’s cancelled? That text to cancel was sent less than 21 hours before my scheduled appt. My rebooked appt is 2 months from now. Let’s see if they’ll cancel it again. I have been going to this dental office for over 15 years now. They really just have this huge problem keeping a hygienist on staff. I love my current dentist so I stay so that’s 1 ⭐️ for me too!"

"I would give zero stars if possible. The service at bright now has seriously gone down over the years. I was receiving orthodontic care which was a struggle every step of the way. I had to restart my care all over at one point because of the incompetence of the staff where I was forced to go without a retainer for weeks. I finally gave up on getting back to where I was and went in yesterday to to end my care and get a retainer. The retainer was too small and they sent it home with it anyway. This morning as I struggled to get it off it went down my sink. When I called to get a replacement this morning they said it would again be weeks before they could see me. When I asked to speak with their corporate office I was given a fake number. I had to call another office where they told me they don’t give out corporates number but they could transfer me to a line where I could leave a message. I will now have to pay another office to create a new retainer out of pocket, even though Bright Now has already received my money"
