"The staff here are so professional, quick and efficient. They did full X-rays, a Dentist consultation and complete cleaning in 40 minutes!! The dentist cleaned my teeth; not the hygienist. Impressive. I did recommend that they warm the water as it is a little cold and patients might be less sensitive and anxious if it were a little warm. "This dentist used to be my “GO TO” until the current dentist took over…SMH I basically wasted so much money here. All my dental work had to be removed and it was very painful on top of the fact that I had to pay even more money at a different dentist to have them restore my smile. The dentist right now, will not do what’s best for his business and fix the shotty dental work they performed and he’s kind of condescending. He asked me to change my 1 star review and it was so awkward. I changed it to 5 stars in front of him, quickly typed something and he watched me do this. I went home, changed it to three stars because I thought he did a good job on my mouth that day and was hoping things would be improved. Now one year later, I forgot to change it back to the actual stars this place deserves. ONE STAR FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST DONT SETTLE because you haven’t personally experienced any issues. I’m telling you, it’s inevitable at this place and with that dentist that took over the practice a couple years back. Also, it’s really uncomfortable to ask your patient to change a low review. Shouldn’t you fix the issues mentioned in the review and THEN maybe ask the patient to change it?? But even that is so unprofessional. You deserve BETTER, go somewhere else"
