"Fuel prices at least 30 cents higher than listed on Google maps. Advertised at $5.19 for premium, $5.59 at the pump. Also price sign was turned off, so no way of knowing what they charge unless you pull up to the pump. Had Google displayed correct price wouldve filled up at station near work since it's 20 cents less. Wasted 7 extra min in traffic and extra $4."

"The Hispanic Lady they have working there is very disrespectful and mean. I ride an E scooter and, she all but ripped me a new one screaming about, you can't bring that "thing" in here. Definitely need to be retrained on customer service! Not good at all!!!"

"Terrible customer service. Not sure if he (Indian man) was having a bad day, but no excuse for his behavior. Charged my card $30, but only got $9. And when I went in to ask, he said to get out of “his store.” Prior to this, another lady was shouting that “he was done with him.” And when I confronted him with his behavior with the other lady, states that “he already stopped.” Not an excuse.. Also not wearing a mask like previous comment said"

"I'm giving this station one star due to just one employee who works in the afternoon. Her name started with an F, I have her name but I won't chance having the review removed. I walked in to get smokes. Had my ID ready and my card out. The music was so loud I had to repeat what I wanted several times before I finally just pointed and said colors. She scrutinized my ID for at least two full minutes. Then when asked credit or debit, I replied credit. She didn't hear me so I raised myvoice and said it again. She then kept asking me why I was screaming at her. I tried to tell her the music was far too loud and she just kept telling me to stop yelling, which I was not, even if I had been it was nothing in comparison to the decibel level of her music. Then she yelled at me for not swiping my card when she didn't even have it ready. I asked for her managers name. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. She just kept asking why I wanted the managers name, I answered. "To complain about you because you are rude, crude, and not appropriate. So what is your managers name?" She still did not give it to me. Her name tag was folded over so I didn't even get that until my partner went back in and got it. The morning staff is wonderfully friendly, don't go in the afternoon."

"I used to come here all the time. There is this older lady who works here all the time, her name begins with an F. That's also the grade I'm going to give for her customer service. She is rude as hell. I will NEVER come here again!!! I have given her so many chances thinking she may change but nope it get worse.... I was with my kid, put some stuff on the counter with the search tickets that were going to pay for my stuff...she said "you have to pay for the stuff first because you can't pay with the ticket", I asked if she could void the purchase pay me out first, then use that money to pay for the stuff, and I swear, it was Mount Saint Helens! you would have thought I killed her cat. The thing is I didn't have an attitude. I was actually in a great mood with a smile on my face. She still did it and it will be the last time i come here!!! I own a convenience store it's just an hour away from my house. I know customer service and if that was my employee she would have been gone a long time ago...if they had a zero star option I would have given it to her."
