"Nice store, great sales associates, had options for my wide feet instead of just one choice. The one complaint I have is that the store is over decorated and under functional. Why, in a store that sells primarily hiking boots, is there no rock feature? I can't really get a feel for how something is going to feel on the trail by walking on a flat, finished floor."

"I'm really happy Danner opened a store downtown! There is another that was in Renton, but that's a bit of a hike (pun intended) if you live downtown. The store is small, but offers a solid mix of boots from hardcore hiker, noobie, to PNW fashionisto. They have a small selection of clothes available too. There was a coffee/alcohol stand at the back with some cookies, but I'm not sure if that's a permanent fixture in the store. The staff was friendly.and knowledgeable too. I recommend visiting if you're looking for some great hiking boots or want to adopt the PNW fashion aesthetic!"
