"I have always enjoyed shopping here, but my recent experiences have raised some concerns regarding security. Despite witnessing several incidents of shoplifting, it seems the measures in place are not fully effective. Although security personnel are sometimes present, these incidents continue to occur openly. Enhancing security measures could greatly improve the shopping experience and sense of safety for all customers."
"Terrible return policy!!! I just bought a pan from this location and upon arriving home found UNDER THE PACKAGING that the non stick coating was scratched. When going back for a replacement I was told that they have now been marked up and I’d have to pay an additional fee for the exact same pan I bought less than 24 hours ago. Shameful. Just shop on Amazon for a return policy that doesn’t screw you."
