"I instantly turned around when I saw the entrance was blocked off with security tape and was told just a few moments before I could come in while there was many other people shopping. Look I'm just trying to shop not enter a club because that's the vibe I'm getting and I no longer want to come in. Surprised I wasn't asked for an ID as well."
"My husband and I walk into the store and are immediately greeted with a roped off section to stand in. Confused, as no one was around, I went under the rope and tried to start shopping, when a security guard came running up to me yelling at me to get back under the rope. I did, and he said “you have to stand here for the facial recognition.” My husband and I, standing there awkwardly, then are let through. The store is basically empty, very little to look at. I found one item and purchased, then left promptly. I will not return, as I felt very uncomfortable by the experience of having to be yelled at to wait. I understand this store is located in an area known for unsavory acts, but don’t take it out on legitimate customers. Ridiculous."
"Extremely unsafe. Security guards are belligerent and drunk off what little power they have. They are threatening and make it impossible to feel safe while shopping. They discriminately let people in while barring others from entry, abusing the little power they have. Guess the security guard failed cop school and needs to get his kicks working loss prevention at Ross. Manny, the manager was also unhelpful and refused to listen. Tried to gaslight me and reverse the complaint saying I made him feel unsafe for calling him on the phone to report his abusive LP officer. Apparently calling the store to say you felt unsafe made Manny feel unsafe. When I told him that what he was doing was gaslighting and wrong, he whined about how he doesn’t want to do his job and hung up on me. So you have your employer threaten me, and then cry when someone calls to complain about. Excellent managing skills, Manny."
"Manny is the rudest customer service cashier I have ever experienced experienced. He said he was a manager but I don't think Ross would let someone like that represent the company. He had an attitude when I walked up then wouldn't return my item because I took the tag off even though I had a receipt and the tags. I will never ship here again. doubt Ross would let someone like that represent the"
"Good price but bad service, one of the staff here is so mean. Reasons: 1: not allow to use restroom even though we said urgent situation, then we go to Amazon fresh. For this point, totally understand. 2: the fitting room service woman (light brown curls with ponytail) really angered because I didn’t bring the two hangers after the try on. I just forget since other store don’t need to, so I went back to bring them to her. It should be her job, or maybe her duty is ask customer to bring the hanger back. All in all, good store."
