She was super helpful and had a great attitude, especially during the back to school time where there are multiple family’s there. Really appreciate everything she did for us!"

"The Manager at this location is absolutely abrasive , rude and down right disgusting to her employees. Javier was helping us order online and fill out our information. She seemed very annoyed at the fact that he was helping us and was yelling at him multiple times. Her attitude is disgusting and I will not be returning to this location. Javier was an amazing help and was so nice and friendly. The manager talked to him like he was worthless."

"We came to get my son shoes & found a nice pair. The sales associate was very helpful & nice about the transaction. However, the shoes weren’t ringing up the sale price. The associate brought it to my attention the difference in pricing explaining the smaller size wasn’t in sale & we said it was fine & still wanted them. I expressed that they should make sure to put the right shoe & price up so no one else has this confusion & she was in complete agreement. The manager (I’m assuming) decided to insert herself & was extremely sarcastic in our communication. For her lack of proper marketing in the store you would think she wouldn’t be so snide in her comments. I don’t recommend going here at all. No worth the rudeness of someone that can’t do their job correctly!"

"My daughter spent all of her Christmas money to get a pair of shoes here they would not exchange them or return them because we didn't have the Box and she just gave me excuses about why she couldn't help me and do absolutely nothing for me all. My daughter's Christmas money down the drain thanks for no help no good customer service just plain rude. If the employees were more helpful during purchase instead of flirting with each other we may have never had the issue. Way to take advantage of a child!"
