"Back in the USSR... During their business hours, I brought my 93 years old father to the SAS store in Seattle. Despite the fact that this company is elderly-oriented, there is no load-unload or handicap parking space in front of the store, so we parked in the general parking area, and my dad, heroically, walked to the store. The sign on the front door stated: "will be back at 2:45p." We headed back to the car, as it was freezing cold outside. Please keep in mind, we are in the middle of a holiday shopping season, and this store is closed? Very disappointing!"
