"We have used this company for many years and would not even check prices cause they were great. I recently purchased a new 18k lift that i ordered to be delivered in March. March came and was leaving and no lift? I called to inquire about it and oops it was forgotten. So now its April and my 18K lift shows up but is the short rack not the long one I ordered. Back to waiting. Finally it gets here and installed. Shortly after, the front jack is bleeding off. After 5 phone calls in 1.5 months the repair guys shows up. He is all jolly telling us he replaced a part and is all good. Less than 24 hrs go by and now the jack does not work at all? So i nicely call like I have the last 5 times to get told to spray W-D40 on the part and see if that fixes it. REALLY!! Then he tells me he can't get anyone here till Tuesday. I have a big job for our city on the lift needing brakes. Now i have to use bottle jacks? I will never spend 1 more penny with POSSY. Very poor customer service..."
