"Andrew our server was AMAZING!! There were a couple hiccups during the evening and he handled them all with grace. The manager was also great. It was my friend’s birthday party and we had the sweetest time celebrating her. The food was fantastic, mouth watering-ly good. I had their browned butter mizithra spaghetti. I also loved the atmosphere and elegant interior and decor of The Old Spaghetti Factory."
"We hosted a teacher lunch and with the help of Stacey the event was a hit. Stacey walked me through each step and was a wealth of knowledge with food choices and quantity. The staff really appreciated and enjoyed the delicious food. Thank you!"
"It's been sometime since we last went so we decided to have dinner here. Arrived around 6:15pm and had to wait about 20min for a table. All in all it was good but the bill for the three of us with tip came shy of $90. Kind of spendy for a pasta dinner but we each got dinner and a drink. Price increases are pretty bad and they have impacted the Old Spaghetti Factory as well.."
"The overall experience was quite average, lacking any standout qualities. As someone who appreciates authentic Italian cuisine, I found that the offerings here, particularly when compared to East Coast Italian food, just didn't measure up. One notable absence was the vodka sauce, a staple in many Italian restaurants, which was nowhere to be found on the menu. This omission was disappointing, as it's a personal favorite. While the ambiance and service were acceptable, the food itself was just middle of the road, failing to leave a lasting impression."
"The Spaghetti Factory always has good food. We had made arrangements for a 6pm reservation at a window table. They were very busy, but in order to be seated(20 min past our 6pm reservation) we were just put at a table that was open. Otherwise, it was going to be a 30-45min wait. Pushing our 6pm reservation to 7pm. What's the good of making a reservation when it isn't important for them to honor it. Otherwise, the food was good but we had to ask for bread and waited a while for service. It was still a good night, and I appreciate all the hard work the staff had to endure. There was just too many teenagers trying to organize hundreds of people. This place needs better management."
