"This was an exquisite experience. The baker himself came to deliver the bread and describe it to us and it did not disappoint! The waiter knew his stuff about the wine and was able to identify nuances and pairings with all the wines we asked about. The noodles were freshly made and the ravioli was certainly the star of the show! We asked for a window seat as the views of the bridges are lovely and were given it, even though we were 20 minutes late (with notice given.) The food was wonderful. The saffron dish had a bit too much saffron and not enough cream, but that may be just my personal preference. This is an excellent place for a special occasion. I highly recommend this place!"

Plus, they answered my tough questions of food choices. LOVE it! Food is great! People are wonderful! The view is to die for! Started off my trip to Portland with a bang coming here!"

"They do not take reservations for lunch but you didn't need it for when we came (week day in the winter). They do take reservations for dinner. This place overlooks the river with seating outside for warmer days. Food was great and all of the pasta seems to be made in house. Great wine selection as well. Came for a work lunch but will come back for a date night with the wife."
