"The auto shop deserves negative stares........ Wife had a 9am appointment yesterday, dropped her car off to get an oil leak fixed. They told her the mechanic would be in at 10 and it take 3 hour's. So roughly be done about 1ish. By 230 she hadn't heard anything so she called, the mechanic was just getting there and hadn't even started yet. Later in the evening she talked to them and they said they found something else and would have to finish in the morning. It was then supposed to be done by 12 today, at 1230 they said they were closing it up and then running a test. At 130 they said oh we need to put it back together it'll be an hour. It's 330 and it's still "almost" done..... HORRIBLE service!!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE"

"Completely unprofessional. We paid for an Ultimate Car Wash. The person in front of us wasn’t paying attention and stayed in the wash and triggered our wash. We beeped at them, they left, then we pulled in while the wash was under way. As we pulled in, it stopped. I then walked into the store and explained the situation to the cashier. She told me her manager had to reset the wash. I asked what happens next and she said she would call the manager to find out. I overheard her asking him over the phone if she should give me a free wash or what. She hung up and told me that “because their car wash wasn’t malfunctioning it’s not our fault.” I asked so now what? With my car half soaped. She said it wasn’t their fault so I have to pay again. And then said there’s a sign that says “don’t enter code until car wash is complete”… it’s a literal piece of paper taped on crooked. I saw it before I paid, but it said NOTHING about payment prior to the previous car wash completing. Only mentioned a “code” which I had no idea what the heck that was for. This establishment is completely unprofessional. How much does it really cost to just let me run back through the wash?? A few bucks??? Well now I will never return to their store for gas, or car washes ever again - costing them a lot more than a few bucks. Terrible management and completely unprofessional. This was the first time I cursed as leaving a business completely unsatisfied with the service. Long story short I paid a garbage chevron store $24 for a $12 car wash because their machine is broken and they have terrible customer service. Please do not shop here, get gas here, use their wash. Do not support a business as this specific store that does not support their customers. Unless management and cashier. This gives me zero faith in humanity - just greedy jerks. I paid good money for a wash that didn’t happen. It’s not like I have all the money in the world - but they still don’t help. Do NOT support this terrible chevron store!! I was there today on 5/28/23 around 5:00pm. I even selected print receipt so I could forward this complaint to chevron but their machine was out of paper and didn’t print it. Just the cherry on top proving their management is garbage and can’t even upkeep a simple thing such as receipt paper. Avoid this place like the plague. The manager also flipped me off after I left since I honked. So unprofessional of them."

"Carwash was recently remodeled with a brand new Mark VII softwash machine it cleans well but the floor switch is a PAIN to get ur tire on plus the credit card reader is broken so gotta pay inside but u can pay thru their drive thru! washes good but a HASLE to use...."

"This station is open 24/7 and is a busy place that ive not had a complaint about. Until about 1am christmas eve morning. My husband and i pulled in to gas up our van. He got out and went into the store while i fished my credit card out of my purse and got out to pump gas. When i finished and got back in the van i reached for my purse to put my card away, only it was gone! Somebody had snuck up on the passenger side and stole my purse! The whole thing, with money, jewelry, cards and my phone! All gone! And right under the nose of several other patrons as well as a security camera (that the night clerk said he had no access to so i couldnt view it). Beware, look around and lock your doors Thieves are out there and they dont care!"

"Always awesome. The night crew guys are cool. Plus they serve hot stuff. Appeases my snack cravings. Decent beer and drink section. Normal amount of energy drink brands (Rockstar, Monster, Red Bull, etc.) Lotto and an ATM too. All around decent place."
