"Make sure you always check your order. At this location specifically I’ve gotten both a completely wrong order or something was missing from my order. Update: waited in drive thru 15-20 minutes just to get cold, stale, overcooked food that tasted like it’s been under a food warmer all day. And there was only 1 person in front of us. If it wasn’t for them being close to home for my little kids who don’t do well sitting in the car for a long time, I wouldn’t come back."

"Spent most of my lunch time waiting to get my food. Had to rush back to work and when I looked in the bag I got the wrong order. I called to tell them and they hung up on me. I want a refund. Get those employees to be trained in making sure clients get the right order and to get it ready instead of chit chatting and gossiping around. Edit: I spoke to a Burger King Guest Care Specialist and she was really nice and helpful. Please get this location under control. I haven't had any problems with the other location I usually go to."
