"I just had a horrible experience with them. I just called to speak to the owner because I have always brought my Mercedes and BMW there and always had excellent service with the Owner and This Unprofessional Person by the Name of Travis, when I asked him if I could ask him a Question real quick, He told me No I can't answer any Questions, I have a Customer Infront of me and Hung Up on Me. Now A. If so busy why answer the phone at all if you going to just hang up in my face and if you was so Busy and answer it why not take my number to call me back when you get a chance or ask to put me on hold til your done with the customer and than let me ask my question. What's so cold I was trying to bring them a new customer my brother needs his bmw worked on but now I don't even want to refer him. Honestly I feel this Travis Person as I guess you call him needs A Customer Service Training Class because I was so Shocked He did that to Thousands of Dollar Customer and the Owner has always Genuinely Cared about all His Customers. "Called to get an estimate on repair and they said they would call back. never got a call back so called again and got somewhat of a quote. when i called back to see availability the price changed and was higher. sounded like they were just going to throw parts at the car. didnt get a good feeling on the phone so decided not to go there. most shops will be very clear on phone that you will pay diagnostic fee upfront and then get an diagnosis on what is wrong and go from there, vs just saying well figure out but the price will go up if the "fix" didnt fix the problem. would highly advise to stay away."

"Excellent local business. Take my Toyota here for maintenance and repairs. Travis and the team are honest about what can wait vs what needs to happen now. The car is ready when they say it will be. Not the cheapest or the most expensive. For the quality and expertise it is a great value. Great customer service. You can book an appointment online or via phone. When I book online, I often get a response in less than one business day. Waiting area with comfortable chairs TV, and games for the kids. Loaner cars available during repairs and maintenance. This location works on domestic and imports. European cars are served at the other location."

"Brought a car into them after making sure it was something they felt comfortable working on. Had the car for about 1 month and told me it was fixed and they recommended a few other things be done, I agreed. after they "fixed" the other things they informed me that they still had not actually fixed the original issue. They would recommend a part and after replacing it they would say well that was not it and the only thing left could be this... after 2 more months of this. they replaced, fuel injectors, fuel pump, ecu, and still could not fix the issue. the oil pan they replaced is now leaking, the transmission seal is leaking. I have slowly been picking up the pieces of fixing everything they have done. They do not use fender covers and scratched my paint. scratched my dash where they were working on the ecu. common sense would tell you to use things like tape around painted dashes and fender covers. especially on a classic car. PLEASE save yourself a headache and do not go here. If you do, don't be surprised with hidden charges and admitting they throw parts at it. The mechanic I ended up at said the ecu they replaced and soldered to had such a bad solder job done that it was causing all kinds of issues. DO NOT USE!!"
