"I paid $200 for the initial diagnostic which didn't bring me any closer to the problem identification. $900 was requested for detailed diagnostic, when a BMW dealer can do the same for $250 and I did it at another place even chiper. My information about the A/C problem (which was confirmed by the diagnostic at another place later) was mostly ignored and they made an assumption that the problem is in the charger connector which was not even close to reality. I disappointed."
