"Bad first customer service experience. The man was rude to my partner over the phone by having an attitude and gave passive aggressive comments. We were looking to get her car’s brake fluid replaced and we were recommended this place for the first time. Unfortunately the dude seemed to be having a bad day and was disrespectful and was impatient when my partner asked questions. he told her to slow down when asking to spell her name and sounded more upset at her when he couldn’t hear her. He expected her to know what time the store opens and when she should come in. Stated “well we open at 8 so…” and??? We were not given a quote, but we would’ve followed through with the appointment if they were nice and wanting to listen to us just over the phone."

"Great service and customer service! Was able to walk in and get out without an appointment within 45 minutes. My whole car was way outta alignment and couldn’t be more thankful for the knowledgeable and helpful crew! Completely fixed my alignment, while I was waiting in their nice clean waiting room as well as the office.
