"First, let me say a bad review is VERY rare for me! The owners obviously don't care at all about doing the right thing! I had the power steering pump replaced on my 2000 Windstar last week. Within 1 day the new one started rattling again. I was able to get the Windstar back down today to have it worked on again. Instead of getting it in to correct the problem I was told they could get it scheduled in next week! Are you kidding? This isn't a new job, it is fixing a problem they didn't fix. I understand sometimes you get a bad part but another week to fix it?? One other thing. I was charged $30 labor plus parts $ to replace my license plate light! This involves removing 2 small screws and then the light bulb... about 3 minutes work, ( see photo ). I didn't ask for this to be done. I paid over the phone and my neighbor picked it up ( I had to work) so I didn't know about the charge. I wouldn't have paid for it otherwise. I'll be calling the Attorneys General office when I get a chance. I'll definitely be looking for a new shop! So different from Northshore Repair. Ron"
