"I took my vehicle to another, more reputable location and was immediately informed that no oil change had been done on my vehicle in QUITE some time (much longer than 6mo), and the repairs that I went to Frontline for were sloppy and needed to be redone entirely. I haven't even paid off the repair they did 6mo ago.. almost $500, and it looks as if I'll need to pay to have it done yet again."

On my receipt, in their records, no sticker on my car-- and all the manager could say is "...if you paid for it, I guarantee they did it." WHERE'S MY SERVICE STICKER? You could at least refund me if you're not actually going to provide the service. That alone tells me I'm never coming back."

Please go somewhere else to avoid this nightmare of a shop."
