"I visited this location at the recommendation of a representative through the Nike app because they had a particular shoe I was looking for in their inventory and was not currently available at most other places. Fortunately, this store was within reasonable driving distance from my residence which allowed me to save some additional cost I would have incurred for shipping, and being in a downtown location there is a parking garage right next to the store which they will validate the parking ticket which I also appreciated. The store presentation displaying the different footwear they offer made it easy to view all of the shoes in a limited amount of space which I found to be very nice. The salesperson I encountered was very pleasant and eager to assist me in obtaining the shoe that I was there to purchase. They did have the shoe in the size that I needed which their website and representative from Nike stated which is always a plus for me because that's not always the case. The salesperson quickly retrieved the shoes and assisted me in trying one on even though I had my mind already set on purchasing these shoes so I appreciated the additional effort. They had contactless pay and paperless receipts, these minor details helped add to my good experience, and I would return here again just to see their offerings if I'm in the area. The only thing that I didn't like particularly about the experience was its website design. I feel there was a lot of effort put into the design, layout, and general navigation but the UI and access to things left a lot to be desired. It was also fairly difficult to figure out exactly were they were located or just the actual address so I could pull it up on my map app, these can be found by digging around some but it could benefit from being easier to see and access, same for where to park because it was just randomly lined at the bottom of a page. Also, the 10% discount code I was offered online for creating an account didn't seem to work with any of these shoes I tried to use them on and the limitations of the code aren't explained anywhere I could see so it's trial and error I guess, but their prices were very on par with the same shoe from other official retailers so this has no real negative impact on my experience. They could also use some sort of search engine optimization because when searching for this particular shoe they did not come up within the page or two I combed through and this is close enough to be considered a local store and possibly why they still have this shoe available when it's fairly limited everywhere else, I guess in my case it worked out for the better."
"Great little store, always a fun selection of sneakers to browse through. I wish they had cheaper options for the clothing, however. They carry brands like Human Made, Carhartt WIP, Carrots, Issey Miyaki, Stussy etc - the cheapest shirt you’ll find is $50. Just wish they had better options because for that money, I’m usually buying better quality online (eg Grailed/eBay thrifting, SSENSE sales, etc). Now that FOG Essentials are sitting, it’d be great if they carried more brands like that. Would keep me coming back. Shoe selection is also best in Seattle. Only place I’d find Salomons and Yasihuro shoes sitting next to Jordans and NBs. If you pull up shortly after a drop, you’ll pleasantly be surprised by that sneaker you had your eye on but didn’t pull the trigger. How I got my first pair of Salehe crocs :) But yeah, great store. I wish it weren’t so claustrophobic and that they had a better list of options to consider, but the staff are great and it’s so fun to actually shop when you’re looking for a new pair of sneakers or elevated streetwear."
"Disappointed with my first online purchase from likelihood. Ordered adidas samba’s and a stussy tee. Somehow domestic standard shipping came out to $35? I hope everything goes well! Package came in, and realized that the tee wasn’t in there. It was later noted that my tee would be coming in later on the physical receipt, with no tracking number... Ok that’s fine. Open the shoe box, and samba’s are a tried on pair with dirty insoles, retied laces, no paper and creasing. That’s not cool, I’m paying full retail price for a new pair. Receipt says final sale on full retail priced items. Was not notified during check out online. Customer care replied saying that the reason why domestic shipping is so expensive is because they have to ship from another likelihood store. So I’m paying double shipping? Why was I not told about this? Final sale was because I used a 10% code. Again, was NOT notified online. They did not want to at LEAST give me a partial refund for the samba’s, and said they would waive the final sale so that I could return them. After all that terrible service, I would even have to pay for shipping to return a dirty pair of shoes. Disappointing. The worst customer service I’ve had to deal with. Sad. Will never come back here again."
"Wonderful customer service, Eric and his team will all treat you good and make sure you get the right shoe with the right size while also slipping in a good conversation. I'm from Boston and my sneaker shop there is Bodega, but I wish they had this store there instead lol. These guys beat their service and selection by a landslide especially with their prices. Definitely will come back next time I come."
"Love this place! Small boutique with a good collection of sneakers new and on trend. The counter staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the street wear scene and where to cop dope gear in Seattle. Definitely recommend you stop in and take a look!"
