"I have never ate here only because I drive and stop by Safeway all the time and I never once smelt bbq in the air.. I’ve been to many of bbq restaurants and I could smell them bbq so my question is do they cook it somewhere else and if so no thanks I want my bbq freshly cooked the same day..I know brisket takes time I would think I’d smell it by now"
"If you are having a MEAT Craving this is the place for you! You walk in and go to a line to pick out your desired meat/meal. Then AFTER getting your meal you find an open table. Reminds me of school lunch. We were there on a Sunday afternoon. Looks like a lot of after church people enjoy coming here. The children I saw looked happy to be here. They do have a 12 and under menu posted. Most individual meals with a beverage will cost about $20 a person or more."
"Do you like tender, flavor packed meat? Then go here. You won’t be disappointed."
"The chicken and spicy sausage were great. The cold slaw was neither sweet or vinegar based, and I had trouble figuring out the flavor they were going for... paste? Pinto beans were cooked well but were way under seasoned. There are two kinds of brisket served in Texas, moist and lean. If you like lean then you'll like their brisket. It was too dry for me. I would return for the chicken and sausage if I were passing through again."
"The best BBQ in the NorthWest. Hands down. Honestly, they could charge just for “smell” of smoked meat when you walk in the door. Fresh. Fast. Great value. My family always gets the po-boy with half brisket, half turkey. Their sauce is amazing. Sides are great. Friendly staff too. We’ve been to every location and it’s always consistently amazing. Don’t miss it!"
